Fall Carping in Texas

Well its that time of year again.  In a couple of months fall is coming to the beautiful state of Texas. To the Carp Brigade that means the annual Fall Fish-In, The ACS Nationals at Lake Hominy in Hominy, OK, Holiday fishing trips and ending the Year with the FFF.  Often some top notch carp and buffalo are caught this time of year.  Who can forget Donnys 65, My 46 and a host of other great captures in Fall/Winter.  We've got a few new members that joined this spring/summer so lets show em a good time.  From communications with CAG chair Chad Edwards it looks like we'll have to pull the Fall fish in together. I'll be sending out communications to the mailing list soon to get the planning in motion.  We also need to be thinking about the holiday weekends, Thanksgiving, Easter and Christmas.  Three day weekends are for fishing people.  Stay tuned. Its going to be a GREAT fall season.
